Inspired by the historic mill site, it combines traditional and contemporary cuisine. The adjoining beer garden invites you to linger all year round: on balmy summer evenings with refreshing drinks, or during cozy moments in the cooler months with hot mulled wine, warming patio heaters, and cozy blankets.

The Bad-Bistro offers balanced meals—from protein-rich dishes with plant-based ingredients to classics that are a must for a day at the spa. At the Sauna Bar, the menu features deliberately light delicacies: fresh fruit salads, crispy tarte flambée, or homemade smoothies—ideal for a quick snack between meals.

Anreise
Take the B2 toward Bad Düben. After crossing the bridge in Bad Düben, continue straight onto Neuhofstraße, which becomes Bitterfelder Straße after about 300 meters. Follow Bitterfelder Straße until just before you reach the town limits, then turn right toward the hotel.
